These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CountExpert mobile application provided by Pandiyan Infotech.

1. Use of the App

CountExpert provides image-based object-counting functionality. You are responsible for using the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Counting Results

CountExpert uses computer-vision and machine-learning technology. Counting results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, object arrangement, camera conditions, and other factors.

You should verify important counts independently before relying on them for commercial, financial, safety-critical, or legal decisions.

3. Images and Content

You are responsible for images and other content that you choose to capture, select, store, or share using CountExpert. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such content.

4. Paid Features

If CountExpert offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to the applicable Google Play terms.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may contain advertisements and may use third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CountExpert when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, improvements, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

CountExpert, including its software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Pandiyan Infotech and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Disclaimer

CountExpert is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every counting result will be accurate or that the App will always be available without interruption or error.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. Continued use of CountExpert after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
